Remote services

Support to parents-guardians

  • To discuss your questions about the development and functioning of your baby/child
  • Because your child/teen has difficulties in functioning at home, at school, to play or to participate in recreational activities
  • Because a medical doctor would need an occupational therapy assessment to contribute to the medical diagnosis of your baby/child/teen

Support to adoptive parents

  • To help you in your preparation process for adoption
  • To answer your questions about the development and functioning (motor, sensory, social and perceptual-cognitive) of a baby/child
  • Because you are in the process of adoption and you are wondering about the level of development of the baby/child that is proposed to you and how to stimulate the child properly and improve his/her living environment until you can bring him/her into your home
  • For an evaluation and intervention related to some delay observed in his/her development

Support to a preschool or school team

  • To assist with detection or screening for kindergarten entry or to identify and support children with delays
  • To develop individual or group-class strategies to help students with a disability, with learning difficulties and students at risk
  • To facilitate transitions of the student during their academic path (preschool, school, pre/vocational)

Support to develop/implement programs

  • To obtain tools, advice or strategies to intervene or to start an occupational therapy service or a support service for children/students in your village, town, country
